Analog Data offers both digital products (learning platform subscription) and physical products (development kits and hardware). This Shipping Policy covers the delivery of both types of products.
Part A: Digital Products
All learning content, courses, and platform subscriptions are delivered digitally with instant access upon payment confirmation.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Our digital products include:
- Online embedded systems learning courses and tracks
- Digital project templates and code repositories
- Virtual workshops and live sessions
- Downloadable resources (PDFs, checklists, guides)
- Access to our online learning platform
- Digital certificates of completion
2.1 Instant Access
Upon successful payment:
- You will receive immediate access to your subscription content
- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
- You can access your content by logging into your account at build.analogdata.io
2.2 Access Duration
- Subscription Content: Available for the duration of your active subscription
- Workshop Recordings: Access period as specified at the time of purchase
- Certificates: Permanently available for download
Part B: Physical Products (Development Kits)
We sell development kits and hardware that are shipped via standard courier services within India and internationally.
3. Development Kits Shipping
3.1 Shipping Within India
We ship development kits across India using standard courier services including:
- DTDC
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- Other reputed courier partners
3.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier 2/3 Cities: 7-10 business days
- Rural/Remote Areas: 10-14 business days
- International Shipping: 14-21 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier carrier and your exact location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Serviceability
Shipping availability depends on courier serviceability to your PIN code:
- We can ship to locations where our courier partners (DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.) provide service
- For village and countryside areas, shipping is available only if courier service exists for that PIN code
- If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a refund for the shipping charges
- You can check serviceability during checkout before placing your order
3.4 International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International orders are subject to:
- Higher shipping charges
- Customs duties and import taxes (paid by the customer)
- Longer delivery times (14-21 business days or more)
- Courier availability to your country/region
4. Quality Assurance and Testing
All development kits undergo rigorous testing before dispatch.
- Each kit is tested for functionality and quality
- Kits are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
- A quality check certificate may be included with your shipment
5. Development Kits - No Refunds or Exchanges
Important: Non-Refundable Products
Development kits and hardware products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Since our products are development platforms and dev kits:
- No refunds will be provided after delivery
- No exchanges will be processed under normal circumstances
- This policy exists because dev kits may be modified, soldered, or used in ways that cannot be verified
5.1 Exceptions
We may consider refund/exchange only in the following cases:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) - kit does not power on or has obvious manufacturing defects
- Short circuit or hardware damage that occurred during manufacturing
- Wrong product shipped
- Significant damage during shipping (with photographic evidence)
All exception cases require:
- Reporting within 48 hours of delivery
- Photographic/video evidence of the issue
- Manual verification by our support team
- Approval at the sole discretion of Analog Data
6. Servicing and Repairs
We offer servicing for development kits under the following terms:
- Servicing is available only if technically feasible
- Customer must ship the kit to our service center at their own cost
- Return shipping after servicing is also at customer's cost
- No free servicing is provided under any circumstances
- Service charges will be communicated before any work is performed
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the kit has been damaged due to misuse
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
- You can track your order using the courier's tracking portal
- For any shipping queries, contact our support team with your order ID
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment
- Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods
- International shipping charges include handling but exclude customs duties
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) or expected delivery date (for lost items)
- Provide photographic evidence of damage (if applicable)
- We will coordinate with the courier for investigation
- Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided based on investigation outcome
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
